Land securement

Land securement provides the legal basis for the construction and operation of wind turbines, solar power plants, and hybrid power plants.

Land securement as a basis

During the planning phase of a renewable energy project, multiple processes run in parallel to optimally prepare the project for the subsequent approval process. In addition to creating the conditions for land use through contractual agreement with the landowner, planning and legal foundations are also established. This includes obtaining expert opinions that assess the impact on the environment and society, as well as creating building law prerequisites. The goal is to develop a holistic concept that meets all legal requirements while simultaneously considering the needs of the landowners and communities.

1. Usage contract

Personalized usage contract for landowners

Following the initial personal contact and the sending of a sample contract, the personalized usage contract is sent to the landowner. Besides offering attractive compensation, this contract regulates the usage rights and conditions for the property, ensuring that all specific requirements and wishes of the owner are considered. The contract serves as the basis for fair and transparent cooperation between the owner and EEF.

2. Contract presentation

On-site appointment for contract presentation and clarification

Two weeks after sending the personalized contract, a personal meeting takes place where it is presented in detail. During this appointment, all conditions are discussed and legal queries are clarified. This allows the landowners to gain a comprehensive understanding of the contract and address any concerns directly.
