Our financing methods are based on a solid mix of equity and strategic bank partnerships. During the development phase, we finance projects exclusively with our own funds to ensure maximum independence and flexibility. Once the approval phase is completed, we actively market the projects and secure the best terms in the market. Our close cooperation with renowned German banks ensures a low-risk capital structure that guarantees the long-term operation and success of our projects.

Steps to successful financing

Our financing process is clearly structured to efficiently and successfully implement projects.

Structuring

Prior to obtaining approval, economic, legal, and fiscal frameworks as well as the project structure are determined.

Financing

We create information packages and select the most suitable banks to initiate the financing process.

Approval

Upon receipt of the approval, we review it for technical and economic feasibility.

Award/ Marketing

As part of participating in EEG tenders, we prepare all necessary documents or engage in the marketing process.

Loan

After signing the project agreements and loan agreements, the loans are disbursed, followed by the start of construction and commissioning.
