Your land - our responsibility

EEF thinks in generations: Throughout the project cycle, we partner with municipalities. That's why we focus on values that ensure considerate and sustainable land use.

Planning considering local conditions

At the beginning of each project, there is close coordination with the owners and managers. We emphasize using the land as gently as possible, especially during the planning of infrastructure. Common concerns about whether agriculture and renewable energies are compatible are addressed with tailored solutions that harmonize both interests.

Attractive and feasible lease terms

Our approach is to involve all landowners of the affected areas and compensate them fairly. We ensure a just distribution of attractive leases, tailored to the specific land use. The pool area combines the necessary sites for our renewable energy plants. The project remains feasible even with changes in the economic environment.

Focusing on the well-being of the community

From the outset, we engage closely with local communities and authorities to tailor projects precisely. By involving regional stakeholders early, we promote a collaboration that prioritizes the well-being of the community. This partnership approach not only significantly enhances acceptance among the population but also ensures that municipal interests are considered from the first phase of planning.
