In the technical interview, we discuss the content of your future role. You will meet your potential leader, exchange information about projects and workflows, and demonstrate how you approach topics.

Through a practical task, you have the opportunity to demonstrate your approach and thinking. We are interested in how you structure, prioritize, and develop solutions.

The final step involves getting to know each other on a values and cultural level. We assess whether we are a good human and cultural match for a long-term, successful collaboration.
