How does the application process work?
Our application process is designed to ensure the best fit between you and your future role at EEF. Typically, the process begins with a first team interview where you discuss your qualifications and initial impressions with the department and the People & Culture department.Depending on the position, at least one more in-person interview follows, where you have the opportunity to learn more about us and the tasks in your role. In some cases, you will receive a case study about three days before the interview to be discussed during the meeting. For leadership positions, additional introductory rounds with the team are planned to ensure good cooperation.Depending on the role, the process may vary and be adapted to the specific requirements of the position. We will inform you about each step and ensure you are well prepared.
