I have been professionally involved with renewable energies since 2009 and have also dealt extensively with other infrastructure sectors (regulated network operators, PPP projects, conventional power generation, gas transport, oil & gas, storage). Working with conventional energy sources has never been enjoyable for me because they do not belong in the energy mix of the future. My goal is to make fossil fuels obsolete. Despite major challenges, Germany is a role model for other countries in the Energy transition.
