I love complex challenges that don't yet have a ready answer. That really wakes me up. I have many years of leadership experience in HR and Operations, mostly in fast-growing companies. I'm always driven by the same question: What is the real challenge here, and what is needed for us to progress?
That's why I like both: the clean foundation of HR operations, processes, and systems, and what happens in collaboration on a personal level. I listen carefully before I create solutions, and then implement them together with my teams.
