Landscape with wind turbines on green hills at sunset

The first project includes four modern Enercon E-175 EP5 E2 wind turbines (WTs) each with a power of 7 MW, a hub height of 162 meters, and a rotor diameter of 175 meters. With an annual electricity production of approximately 85,930 MWh, the project will be able to supply up to 29,000 households with clean energy. The commissioning is planned for the second quarter of 2029.

The second project includes six Vestas V172 EnVentus WTs, each with a power of 7.2 MW. The turbines have a hub height of 164 meters and a rotor diameter of 172 meters. The expected annual electricity production amounts to an impressive 160,415 MWh, sufficient to meet the electricity demand of up to 53,000 households.

"The acquisition of these two projects underscores our ambitions to advance sustainable energy production in windy regions while strengthening our position as a pioneer of the Energy transition 2.0," says Hajo Kallsen, head of investments at EEF. "The combination of cutting-edge technology and optimal site conditions makes these projects key components of our long-term and holistic strategy."

Both projects were successfully acquired by EEF. "We would like to thank DOMBERT Rechtsanwälte Part mbB and SAMP SCHILLING & PARTNER mbB for their professional and collaborative cooperation," states Hajo Kallsen, head of investments at EEF.
