EEF launches new service EEF-leases

Berlin, August 19, 2025 – With the new EEF-pachtet service, EEF Renewable Energy Factory GmbH offers a simple, digital pathway to the energy transition: Owners of agricultural land can immediately check at www.eef-pachtet.de whether their properties are suitable for the use of renewable energies. If the assessment is positive, EEF will examine, together with the owners and considering the surrounding land, the possibility of a long-term, fair, and partnership-based leasing.

The new online tool is specifically aimed at landowners who want to contribute to the energy transition. After entering a few key details, they receive an initial assessment of the potential use of their land – for wind energy, photovoltaics, or hybrid parks. The assessment is based on current geodata, planning principles, and the requirements of modern energy infrastructure.

EEF-pachtet provides a quick response on the suitability of land without cumbersome procedures or long waiting times. If the result is positive, EEF will contact the interested parties directly and clarify all further steps personally.
